1. Design & Structural Engineering

We begin by analyzing the site requirements to choose the best structural profile.

2. Steel Fabrication & Foundation

• Frame Construction: We use high-grade galvanized steel or pre-painted red-oxide frames (as seen in the skeletons of images 121 and 124) to prevent corrosion.
• Welding & Assembly: Our technicians utilize MIG/TIG welding for reinforced joints, ensuring the structure can withstand high wind loads.
• Base Supports: Steel columns are anchored into deep concrete footings to ensure the structure remains stable under all weather conditions.

3. Interlock & Flooring Installation

A parking area is only as good as its foundation. We provide:

• Excavation & Sub-base: Removal of loose soil followed by a compacted aggregate layer.
• Sand Bedding: A leveled layer of sharp sand to provide a cushion for the pavers.
• Interlocking Laying: Professional installation of heavy-duty pavers in various patterns (Herringbone, Stretcher Bond) designed to support vehicle weight without shifting.

4. Roofing & Finishing

• Roofing Materials: Options include corrugated metal sheets, insulated sandwich panels for temperature control, or UV-resistant fabric.
• Drainage Systems: Integrated guttering to prevent water pooling around the parking foundation.
• Final Coating: Weatherproof painting or powder coating to match the existing property architecture.
